Q: HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

A: We offer free shipping on orders over $97 USD! After processing your order, which typically takes 1 to 3 working days, the estimated delivery time varies depending on your location. For the United States, Canada, and Australia, it usually takes between 7 to 14 business days. European, Latin American, and Oceania countries can expect delivery within 8 to 16 business days, while other countries may take 10 to 20 business days. Please note that external factors like holidays, natural disasters, or pandemics may impact delivery times.

Q: WHAT IF I ORDER PRE-ORDERED OR BACK-ORDERED ITEMS?

A: If your order includes pre-ordered or back-ordered items, we will ship the available items immediately and the remaining items as soon as they become available. So, if you receive only a part of your order, rest assured that the rest of your items will follow shortly.

Q: HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Q: WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST OR STOLEN?

A: Vita Vivace™ is not liable for lost or stolen packages without shipping insurance. To protect your order, we offer a shipping insurance option for $8.97 USD at checkout. If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered, but you haven't received it, please report it to the respective shipping carrier using the information provided on our tracking page.
